Ordering
Ordering on bloemoloog.nl is easy: place the desired product in your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. You can now choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can enter your details and complete your purchase through the payment process as described below.
Payment
Pay securely, confidently, and conveniently with options like iDeal, a platform based on internet banking. This means you can check out in your trusted payment environment and based on your bank's specific security methods. You'll use the same tools for payment as with internet banking (such as Random Reader for Rabobank, SMS-Tan for ING, and e.dentifier for ABN AMRO). The payment is directly debited from your bank account. In that sense, it resembles a debit card payment.
Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
🚐 We dispatch products in stock within 3 to 5 working days after receiving payment. For pre-orders, the dispatch period stated on the product page applies. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will let you know as soon as possible.
The same shipping rates apply to delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
- €5.95 for orders below €50.
- Free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
Delivery is handled by DPD and its delivery partners. After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3 working days in the Netherlands and within 5 working days in Belgium and Germany. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Shipping to other EU countries

The following rates apply to delivery addresses in other EU countries. They do not apply to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
- €8.95 for orders below €100.
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

Non-EU shipping

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€20 for orders below €150.
Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
Delivery is handled by DPD and its delivery partners. Generally, delivery will take place within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Pre-sale
From January to mid-March, the pre-sale of summer bloomers takes place. These will be shipped from mid-March.
From June to October, the pre-sale of spring bloomers takes place. These will be shipped from early October.
Delivery to Switzerland
Switzerland is outside the EU. Import VAT, any customs duties and customs clearance or handling fees may apply.
Check your order summary before paying: it shows which taxes and import charges we collect at checkout. Costs not included in that summary may be charged separately by the carrier. Shipping charges, including free shipping, do not automatically mean that all import costs are included.
If the carrier asks you to pay a tax already listed in your order summary, please contact us with your order number and the carrier’s breakdown of charges so that we can check this.
