About us

Who we are

Bloemoloog was founded by Roos and Lieuwe Stins.
Lieuwe grew up in a family where working with flower bulbs runs in the blood. From an early age, he accompanied his grandfather Stins to markets and, later, to garden fairs throughout Europe.

Countless conversations with experienced gardeners at the flower bulb stall, his grandfather's wisdom and a shared love of flower bulbs have given us extensive knowledge of bulbs and plants. Working with flower bulbs has become an essential part of our daily lives.

In 2020 we decided to focus on the market for organically (and therefore chemical-free) grown bulbs and tubers and we created the webshop Bloemoloog.nl.

Skal certification

Together, we have made it our mission to find the most beautiful organic flower bulbs and tubers . We believe in treating nature with care. Harmful chemicals have no place in our approach, so we offer only organic products and are certified by Skal Biocontrole .

Markets and events

We can be found with our organic flower bulbs at markets and events throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Visit the page 'Markets and events' to see where you can buy from us at the market.
