Returns and Right of Withdrawal
It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product to us. Once we have received the returned item, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per parcel on average. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we kindly request that you return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your returned item, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
Uncollected Parcels
If an order is delivered to a pickup point by PostNL or another carrier and is not collected within the specified period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.
The actual costs incurred as a result, such as return shipping costs and any costs for reshipping the order, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned to us, we will refund the order amount. In that case, the actual return costs may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Want to exchange a product?
If you want to exchange your product, please contact info@bloemoloog.nl. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order for you.
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs for which you can claim a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report such defects to us within two months of discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement at no cost.
Complaints
If something doesn't go as planned, we recommend expressing your complaints to us first by emailing info@bloemoloog.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
Pre-sale
From January 1 to March 1, pre-sale is available for summer bloomers, and from June 1 to September 1, pre-sale is available for spring bloomers. The reflection period for pre-sale is 30 days. During this time, you can contact us for a refund or to exchange for other products at the purchase price paid. After 30 days, you can no longer exercise this right.
