Return/Refund Policy:
It may happen that you want to return an order, perhaps because the product doesn't meet your expectations or for some other reason you no longer wish to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it without providing a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are your responsibility. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the business. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@bloemoloog.nl. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning.

If you want to exchange your product, please contact info@bloemoloog.nl. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order for you.
Warranty:
We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs for which you can claim a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report such defects to us within two months of discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement at no cost.
Complaints
If something doesn't go as planned, we recommend expressing your complaints to us first by emailing info@bloemoloog.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
Pre-sale
From January 1 to March 1, pre-sale is available for summer bloomers, and from June 1 to September 1, pre-sale is available for spring bloomers. The reflection period for pre-sale is 30 days. During this time, you can contact us for a refund or to exchange for other products at the purchase price paid. After 30 days, you can no longer exercise this right.
